Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hoppo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use Hoppo, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your child. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Hoppo.

Description of Service

Hoppo is a browser-based interactive application offering motion-controlled games and educational activities designed for children ages 5–8. The application uses your device's camera to detect body and hand movements for gameplay purposes. All camera processing occurs locally on the device; no video data is ever transmitted.

Access Tiers

Hoppo is available under the following access tiers:

• Free Tier: Up to 5 minutes per day of entertainment game modes. All educational modes (such as letter tracing and learning activities) are available with unlimited access at no charge.
• Paid Tiers: Unlimited access to all game modes, including entertainment modes without time restrictions. Paid access is granted via a license key purchased through our payment processor.

Access tier entitlements and limits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. For assistance, please contact us at hello@playhoppo.com.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Hoppo for your personal, household, or educational use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Hoppo.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Hoppo or its content.
• Use Hoppo for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Hoppo Games.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, audio, and other assets included in Hoppo are the exclusive property of Hoppo Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in such materials to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Hoppo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoppo Games disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hoppo Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Hoppo, even if Hoppo Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Parental Responsibility

Hoppo is designed for children ages 5–8 and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of Hoppo.
• Granting or revoking camera permissions on behalf of their child.
• Ensuring the application is used in a safe physical environment with adequate space for movement activities.
• Reviewing these Terms and our Privacy Policy on behalf of their child.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Hoppo after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
